ESS Mobile is the mobile application for accessing the ESS ecosystem. The app requires connectivity to the ecosystem backend for authentication and operations.
Downloads (Beta / Validation)
Warning: this validation build may point to internal endpoints (e.g., local network / VPN). If you don’t have access to the internal network, the app may not work.
iOS (iPhone) — Instalation via TestFlight
- Install the TestFlight app (Apple) from the App Store.
- Open the TestFlight invitation and follow the instructions to install ESS Mobile.
- After installation, ESS Mobile will appear as a normal app on your iPhone.

Android — Download and install (APK)
- Download the APK file.
- When Android prompts you, allow installation from this source (“unknown apps”).
- Open the APK and complete the installation. The app will be installed like a normal app.

Connectivity requirements
- The app requires access to the ecosystem backend (ITSM and IAM).
- In production, endpoints use HTTPS.
- In beta/validation, you may need to be on the internal network/VPN.
